Oregon Commercial Realty was established in 2012 by Mark Illsley, CCIM who started his commercial real estate career in 1977. After attending USC undergraduate and graduate business schools, Mark Illsley was an officer with Southern California bank service corporations developing single family and multi-family residential communities. A national oil and gas exloaration company hired Mark Illsley to sell all of its commercial real estate around the US to convert assets to cash for capitalizing exploration ventures. Commercial development required by the oil and gas company in many states provided significant experience and resulted in a general management position at a Southern California development company building industrial and distribution facilities. In 1994, Mark Illsley began an investment brokerage career in Southern California working with many developers, investors, and international tenants; achieving his CCIM; and finally leaving CB Richard Ellis (the world's largest real estate services company) as a First Vice President in 2010 to move to Southern Oregon. Mark Illsley has been involved in real estate transactions valued at over $1.25 Billion in his career.
